When I grow up...
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought” –Buddha-
How often do we ask kids, “what do you want to be when you grow up?” The answers can be surprising, sometimes funny, or it can be loaded with questions. How did the six year old Johnny boy already decide to become a corporate lawyer?
Do you remember hanging a poster of a Porsche in your bedroom as a kid to help you study and get through college thinking that when all the hard work is done you will obtain your dream car that you had visualized for years?
Based on the concept that your thoughts create your future and visualizing it helps materializing it, we want to help kids find a path to focus on. We came up with the idea to take beautiful Black and White portraits of children dressed up as what they want to be when they grow up, and give them a framed print to inspire them. A daily reminder to reach for their dreams.
